Room Reservations

Our meeting rooms and conference rooms are designed to accommodate anywhere from 4 to 22 people. A TV and whiteboard are provided in the rooms. Select rooms can be configured to different layouts to suit your style and needs.

Resource Credits

As a perk of being a Press member, each membership level comes with different amounts of allotted credits. These credits translate to hours ( 1 credit = 1 hour). Credits are used to reserve our meeting rooms. Need the meeting space for part of the hour? No problem! Credits can be cut down, so if you only needed a room for 30 minutes, it would only use half a credit.

Resource Credits do not roll over each month. They will reset to their respective amount.

If you run out of credits, you can easily purchase more, which we offer our members at a 50% discount.

Walk-in Tours

If you want a tour of the space, please come in and visit us! We accept walk-in tours Monday-Friday during our business hours.

Kisi/Door Access

One of our many membership amenities is 24/7 access to the building. We use Kisi, a door access system that virtually turns your phone into your key card, giving you unlimited access to our space.

Printing Access

Another amenity we offer is printing access. Each membership is allotted a different monthly amount of free B&W copies, while color copies are .25 per copy.

Child Policy

Brief visits by children may occur at The Press; however, children are not allowed in common areas, classrooms, or conference spaces without direct and consistent supervision.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that children comply with all designated safety protocols and guidelines, including, but not limited to, the following:
‍
- At all times, children remain the sole responsibility of the parents/guardians.
‍
- At all times, parents/guardians must accompany their children. Children are not allowed in common areas without a parent/guardian present at all times.
‍
- The presence of the child cannot disrupt the work environment or negatively affect the productivity of other members. Noise levels must always be kept at a minimum.
‍
- At any time, if the Press staff determines that health or safety risks are too great or that the children’s presence is disruptive, they will be asked to leave.

Phone Booth Policy

Our phone booths are a unique amenity of The Press. Their purpose is to provide our members with a quiet place to take a phone call, jump on a Zoom meeting, interview a client, or just step into a private place for a moment. The phone booths do not run on any reservation system, so we ask that our members be respectful of this amenity.

Pet Policy

While we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our facility. Registered service animals are welcome!

Sport/Skating Activities Policy

While we fully acknowledge the recreational appeal and enjoyment of skateboarding, we must prioritize the workspace environment and the safety of all its users. Consequently, the use of skateboards and longboards within the premises is now prohibited. Such activities could pose potential safety risks to our members and may inadvertently cause damage to the building's infrastructure, including floors and walls. We kindly request our community members utilize their skateboards and longboards outside the building.

BILLING

Billing Cycle

Membership fees are due on the 1st of every month and are late on the 5th.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payments methods: Card, ACH, or check.

Late Fees

A late fee of 10% will be added if the membership fees are not received by the 5th of every month.

Invoices

Our system automatically invoices & withdraws membership fees on the 1st of every month. An email with the invoice will be sent to you, or you can view it in your members portal.

Discounts: Military & Millan Tenants

We proudly provide a 10% military discount. We also offer a 10% discount for Millan Enterprises tenants.

OFFICE

Keys

Upon signing for an office, we collect a refundable $50.00 key deposit. Once the term of the agreement ends, the key will be collected, and the deposit returned. If we do not receive a key, the deposit will be forfeited.

Access To Office

Private office members have 24/7 access to the building.

What We Provide

We want you to be as successful as possible, so we provide the basics, including a desk, chair, and filing cabinet. We want you to furnish and decorate your space to best suit your style and needs.

Lease term options (mtm/12m)

We provide two different agreement terms for our private office membership, including a month-to-month and 12-month option. Our month-to-month agreement offers our members ultimate flexibility, while our 12-month agreements receive a discount!

Office Capabilities

We have offices of all sizes, ranging from 65 to 200+ square feet. Office capacities are based on the square footage of the individual spaces.

Members Portal

Upon signing up, our members gain access to our members' portal, hosted by Office RND. Reserve our meeting rooms, collaborate with other members, view invoices, register for events, and more! Our members portal is essentially a social media platform for all things The Press!

Climate Control

Our building is separated into the West and East wings. The West Wing was established and finished in 2018, while the East Wing was completed in 2022. All West Wing offices share an HVAC unit, while the East Wing spaces are individually climate-controlled.

Private Internet Lines

Private offices can install secure lines into their offices if they desire more internet security. This is an additional cost through CDE.

Door Logos

We work with a local company called Sterling Signs to provide you with Vinyl logos to be displayed on your door. Sterling Signs will directly invoice you.

Mailbox Info

Each private office has a mailbox corresponding to its suite number.
