Mailroom
Named in honor of the building’s rich history, specifically its former life as The Leaf Chronicle, the Mailroom was designed to inspire innovation, creation, and collaboration. Accommodating up to two-hundred individuals, this coworking space is a hub of activity that offers a stimulating environment to revolutionize the way that you work. We have a variety of seating throughout the space to cater to each individual work style. From cozy couches and shared tables, we have a place for everyone. The Mailroom is the epitome of coworking here at The Press; however, it can be rented out for private or public events.
John K. Mayer Amphitheater
Named in honor of Leo Millan’s longtime mentor and friend, the John K. Mayer Amphitheater is one of our favorite innovative spaces! The open design of this workspace encourages an environment of partnership and brainstorming. The stepped levels provide unobstructed views for everyone, allowing your team to stay visually connected while focusing on individual tasks. While this space is designed for open work, it can also be rented for dedicated workshop or seminar usage in order to foster an engaging atmosphere for all in attendance.

Jack Turner Classroom
Whether you are hosting a workshop, seminar, or company day retreat, our Jack Turner Classroom is designed to host up to twenty participants. Most popularly used for workshops, this space encourages participation in an engaging learning environment. Continued professional development and educational opportunities can be curated and elevated in this adaptable space.
East Wing
This space is ideal for all of your meetings, workshops, and conferences. Its open and spacious layout is designed for optimal productivity, creating a collaborative environment. Equipped with a large smart TV that can be connected via AirPlay, screen share, or an HDMI cable, which is perfect for presentations and video conference calls, this is the perfect space for your next meeting.
West Wing
The West Wing Conference Room, seating eight people, is an incredible option for a more intimate meeting style. It is an ideal environment for productive discussion and strategic decision-making. While this room is not adaptable, it is arranged to facilitate a perfect setting for fruitful discussion and strategic decision-making.
West Wing
This space encapsulates an atmosphere of concentration and productivity, allowing for effective and intentional communication for small team meetings, client consultations, or one-on-one discussions. Seating four people, this room is geared towards making the most out of every moment of collaboration.
